Housing Opportunities for Musicians and Entertainers

HOME was founded in 2012 by a group of concerned women in the music business in Austin, TX, for the purpose of providing financial housing assistance for aging musicians in need. To do this, HOME uses the generous donations of those who love Austin music to provide security for our growing group of clients. We also throw events, parties, and yard sales. Whatever it takes to bring in the funds, that’s what HOME does.

The performers who put Austin on the musical map have spent most of their careers working without a safety net. Now, especially in this time of COVID, their opportunities are even more limited and HOME has stepped up to help with Emergency Grants and additional rent and utility support.
