Announcing a once in my lifetime event!! This is it! I'm not doing it again. I'm turning 60! Yikes! And you can help me celebrate in style.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR BASH ATTENDEES
Greetings fellow partiers. We are thrilled that you are joining us for Marcia Ball's Great Big Birthday Party and fund raising event for two great causes, the Health Alliance for Austin Musicians and Sweet Home New Orleans. We wanted to pass along some details on all the events so you can make your plans accordingly.
All events will be hosted at Antones, Austin’s Home of the Blues located at 213 W. 5th Street at the corner of 5th and Lavaca.
 AS MANY OF YOU KNOW BY NOW, THERE ARE NO HARD COPY TICKETS BEING MAILED FOR ANY OF THESE EVENTS AS WE WANT ALL FUNDS TO GO TO THE CHARITIES.
TICKET BUYER NAMES WILL BE ON A LIST AT THE DOOR JUST PRIOR TO EACH SHOW.
PLEASE PRESENT YOUR ID AT THE DOOR TO HELP EXPEDITE ENTRANCE TO THE EVENT.
IF THE TICKETS WERE BOUGHT UNDER A DIFFERENT NAME, YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE THE FULL NAME OF THAT PERSON TO PROVIDE THE DOOR PERSON AND PREFERABLY A COPY OF PAYMENT CONFIRMATION FROM THAT PERSON.
Friday, February 13th
Doors 7:30 pm & Show Time 8:30 pm
$100 ticket buyers should enter Antones through the double doors on the Lavaca Street side of the club rather than through the front doors on 5th Street. Table seating will be reserved and your names will be on assigned tables in a roped off area. The artist “Meet and Greet” will take place in this area just before each band’s set, except for Sonny Landreth’s which will be after his set around 1am.
$35 ticket buyers should enter Antones through the front doors of the club on 5th Street.
Saturday, February 14th – Early Show
Doors 6:30 pm & Show Time 7:30 pm
$100 ticket buyers should enter Antones through the double doors on the Lavaca Street side of the club rather than through the front doors on 5th Street. Saturday, February 14th – Late Show
Doors 10:00 pm & Show Time 10:45 pm

Sunday, February 15th – Pianorama Brunch
Doors 11:00 am & Show Time 11:45 am
All ticket buyers should enter Antones through the front doors of the club on 5th Street.
Whole Foods is providing the brunch, which will be served beginning at 11:00 am.
Sunday, February 15th – Special Show Added
Doors 6:00 pm & Show Time 7:00 pm
There has been a Sunday night show added to the weekend events. The Sunset Valley Boys (Gordon Fowler's band, Marcia's husband) will play from 7-10 pm. They will be joined by numerous special guests so it will be a fun show to wrap up the weekend festivities. This will be the real Birthday so stick around for the big blow out! If you wish to attend this show, please keep your wristband from any prior weekend show at Antones and the entry fee will only be $5. Without a wristband, entry fee is $10. http://www.sunsetvalleyboys.com
Other Activities
There will Live Auctions at the Friday night show and at the Sunday Pianorama Brunch. There will be Silent Auctions at all shows except for the Sunday night show. There are many wonderful items to view and bid on. Payment for all auction items will be made to the Austin Community Foundation, noting on memo line – Marcia Ball Birthday Fund for disbursement to the charities.
Important Reminders
Many individuals and businesses have donated their time, services and funding to help make these events possible. Without them, this wonderful weekend of music, merry making and raising money for two needy causes would not be possible. Please show your support and thanks to them as well as the musicians who have come to entertain us all.
This entire weekend of events is benefiting the Health Alliance for Austin Musicians and Sweet Home New Orleans. Additional donations which are tax deductible can be made directly to the Austin Community Foundation - Marcia Ball Birthday Fund. This can be done online or via regular mail. Their website is http://www.austincommunityfoundation.org. Checks should be mailed to PO Box 5159, Austin, TX 78763 or done online with a credit card. If a check is mailed it should be made out to ACF with a note on the memo line indicating it is for the Marcia Ball Birthday Fund. We have a generous donor who has earmarked $20,000 as a matching amount so help us double that with your additional generous donations.
